You will unify IT stacks from acquired companies into a cohesive ecosystem and maintain secure, smooth infrastructure. You’ll enable seamless live events and ensure reliable hardware, software, and SaaS tooling. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards and drive operational excellence.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and SaaS tools (helpdesk)
- Own the integration of IT stacks from acquired companies into a centralized ecosystem
- Maintain office IT infrastructure including networking, conferencing, and access control
- Lead onboarding and offboarding of hardware and software (accounts, devices, access)
- Provide technical support for live events (testing, setup, troubleshooting)
