Experteer Overview In this role you ensure supplier quality and compliance to deliver high-quality products. You will lead supplier audits, develop and implement quality plans, and manage documentation to support regulatory standards and customer satisfaction. You'll drive corrective actions for non-conformances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise quality across products and processes. This is a hands-on position focused on quality assurance and continuous improvement within a global manufacturing setting.Benefits
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify quality systems
Develop and implement quality control plans for supplier materials
Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and records
Generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective/preventive actions




Identify failure modes and perform corrective action audits within the supply chain
Perform inspections and tests to evaluate product quality and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes
Required Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
~1-2 years in supplier quality assurance or related role
~ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
~ Experience with ISO9001 standard in an engineering/manufacturing setting
~ Fluent English
