Job Posting Title Treasury Senior Specialist
What You Will Do
Lead treasury projects from initiation to post‑implementation review.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal and external banking partners.
Manage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution and status reporting to senior management.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget and quality expectations.
Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, business requirements and implementation plans.
Support and optimise global cash management structures and banking relationships.
Monitor cash positioning,



liquidity forecasting and working capital initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralise treasury activities.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of cash pooling, in‑house banking, and payment factory structures.
Lead Treasury Management System (TMS, Piteco, SAP) implementation and enhancement projects.
Coordinate bank connectivity initiatives, including SWIFT, host‑to‑host and payment platforms.
Support ERP integration projects impacting treasury processes.
Drive automation and process standardisation initiatives across treasury operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, testing plans and deployment activities.
What You Need To SucceedMust Have
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end treasury projects and transformation initiatives.
