Experteer Overview As Supply Chain Manager you will lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing units, optimizing procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. You'll manage a cross-functional supply chain team and engage vendors to drive performance in a global polymer solutions environment. You'll work with ERP systems, export documentation, and cross-border coordination to support operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage procurement of raw materials and services
Work with vendors and track purchase orders
Maintain inventory and ensure material availability
Oversee logistics (inbound, outbound, and exports)
Handle export documentation and coordination
Lead and guide the supply chain team
Track performance and improve processes
Qualifications Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
8-12 years of experience in supply chain (manufacturing/fabrication preferred)
Good understanding of procurement, inventory, and logistics
Experience working with ERP systems
Team handling and coordination skills
