This Function will work closely with business Functions and with Regulatory,



Legal and Compliance for tasks related to those events subjects to regulatory authority approval.Essential Functions of the job:* Collaborate with relevant Functions within the affiliate to get an in-depth understanding of their business needs and execute strategy into successful events.* Manage relationships, contacts and price negotiations with vendors, providers, scientific organizations and support related contract negotiations.* Manage events and congresses budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.* Coordinate all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure delivery of all congress activity on time, on budget and in accordance with legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.* Cooperate closely with Commercial and Medical Teams regarding the execution of national congresses (e.g. booth building, satellite Symposia; meeting rooms onsite).* Selection and management of congresses and events agencies to effectively address Be One needs* Ensure onsite management, logistics and oversight for congresses and events in collaboration with medical, sales, marketing and access teams.* Manage the congresses and events internal approval tool and any kind of modifica
