Experteer Overview As an EMEA Indirect Commodity Specialist, you will manage and optimize procurement for OPEX categories within the region, aligning with global objectives. You will work with cross‐functional teams to drive value, mitigate risks, and support operational excellence. The role focuses on cost‐effective sourcing, supplier performance, and strategic alignment with procurement goals. This is an opportunity to influence regional strategy and collaborate across engineering, quality, logistics, and finance.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop regional commodity strategies aligned with global objectives
Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers; conduct performance reviews
Lead cost reduction initiatives through negotiations and alternate sourcing
Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends and supply risks; provide insights
Negotiate contracts ensuring policy and legal compliance
Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics and finance teams




Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (geopolitical, environmental, economic)
Maintain records of performance, savings and supplier metrics; prepare management reports
Approve Supplier Bid List/nomination within DOA delegation
Support PO issuance with Buyer and PBS to emit POs
Responsabilità 3 years in international purchasing or logistics, preferably in automotive
Consolidated experience in purchasing indirect logistics or supply chain management
Functional expertise in SAP and/or JAGGAER is a plus
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Fluency in English; additional language preferred
Ability to operate in a global matrixed organization; cross‐cultural collaboration
Strong problem‐solving, communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skills
