About the role We are looking for a versatile and customer‑focused night‑time team member to support guests and maintain operations at our hotel.Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcome from arrival to departure.
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, snacks, and breakfast buffet, setting up tables for the next service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the house and guest areas during night shifts.
- Handle end‑of‑day closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed smoothly.
- Share local insider tips with guests and recommend city hotspots.

Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work primarily at night in shift patterns.
- Strong multitasking, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Empathy,



teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
