Experteer Overview In this role you lead the IT End User Services team for Southern Europe, aligning operations with global IT policies and SLAs. You plan the annual IT budget and steer local and regional projects that introduce new services and technologies. You provide technical guidance to users and site teams while driving process improvements and policy development. You collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure reliable service delivery and support Vertiv's strategic priorities.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and manage the IT site support team within the EMEA End User Services framework
Plan and execute the annual IT operational plan and budget
Identify, develop and implement cost-effective IT solutions aligned with strategy
Drive local and regional projects introducing new services/technologies
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to end users and site teams
Develop and improve policies, standards, and procedures for End User Services




Coordinate with Security, Networking, Hosting, Messaging, Identity, etc. for seamless service delivery
Manage vendors, contracts, and 2nd/3rd level site support
Define requirements, procure, configure, and maintain end-user hardware/software
Oversee office startups, relocations, and IT-related equipment inventory
Maintain professional knowledge through corporate training
Propose solutions to local business requirements in line with global IT policies
Operate secured network rooms and support on-call critical events
