Job Title Sales Executive - Business Environment Responsibilities As Sales Executive for Hospitality Solutions you promote and drive strong results by identifying and prioritizing business opportunities for your assigned region. You create new relationships with prospect customers and maintain excellent relationships with your customer base by understanding their needs, giving expert guidance, and supporting them in driving revenues, streamlining operations and saving costs through the suite of integrated solutions provided by Amadeus. You are accountable to meet your regional sales goals by finding new customers and increasing sales with your current customer base. You stay fully aware of market conditions, stay updated with general industry information, and attend key industry events to further establish Amadeus as the leading hospitality solution provider. Ideal Profile Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality and/or technology industry. High energy, self‐motivation and ability to work in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment. Ability to build new,



strong relationships at all hierarchy levels, from operational staff to CEO. Strong sales‐hunting focus and goal achievement. Strong negotiation skills to overcome internal and external barriers. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce beneficial. Willingness to travel on the road: 3–5 days per week. Deep understanding of the hotel, travel & distribution industry. Capability to work in multicultural teams and independently. Creative problem‐solving and innovative thinking. Strong influencing and conflict skills; excellent networking and communication at all levels. Fluent in Italian (native preferred) and fluent in English.
