Experteer Overview In this role you own and shape the direct to chip Secondary Fluid Network solution, guiding it from architecture to market adoption. You act as the technical authority across product strategy, engineering, and go-to-market activities, collaborating with R&D; and cross‐functional teams. You will navigate HVAC piping and 3 D layouts to validate feasibility and guide system‐level trade‐offs. This position offers impact through enabling cross‐BU alignment, technical demos, and customer‐focused solutions at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Own end‐to‐end Secondary Fluid Network solution across cooling technologies, controls, software, and integration points Supervise customized designs from concept to operation; validate feasibility and performance assumptions Lead engineering‐level reviews of concepts and architectures with R&D; and Application Engineering Define and maintain engineering‐level product and solution specifications Contribute to supply chain enablement and roadmap alignment across business units Apply HVAC piping size and control strategies to shape statements of work for customer needs Interpret Revit models and 3 D layouts; draft preliminary solutions as needed Create single‐line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals Deliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning sessions Lead NPDI proposals based on market demand and system constraints Leverage experience with complex thermal or HVAC systems in data center or mission‐critical environments Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master preferred 4+ years in technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing or related field Strong business acumen and cross‐functional relationship skills Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions Proven problem solving, data analysis, and project management capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer‐centric focus with attention to needs Pipework engineering desi
