Experteer Overview As Systems Manager, you will lead technology planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance for the property, ensuring secure, reliable IT and communications. You will partner with vendors, executives, and staff to align systems with Marriott's standards and the hotel's guest-focused service. You'll tackle performance, security, and asset management while driving property-wide IT initiatives and lifecycle planning. This role offers impact through shaping hospitality technology in a luxury, brand-driven context. You will be at the intersection of operations, technology, and finance, delivering dependable systems that enable excellent guest experiences. Retribuzione / Benefits Maintain professional relationships with all departments and Home Office; support management levels Assist guests with technical requirements and issues; provide high-level service to admin users Evaluate technology asset lifecycles and ensure proper equipment (PCs, hardware, servers)



Identify and resolve system performance problems; ensure security per Marriott policies Monitor and manage property-based systems, backups, and administration of hardware/software Lead on-site projects and upgrades for property systems; manage licensing compliance Forecast and manage technology-related revenue/expenses; support CAPEX planning Communicate IR standards and present analyses and proposals clearly Hire, train, and manage IT staff; oversee performance and development Ensure asset management, inventory control, and accurate status reporting Responsabilità Five years of hotel IT experience Minimum two years as IT Manager University or College degree – major in IT Project Management experience; knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, HSIA, POS) an asset Foreign language: fluency in Italian and English; legal right to work in Italy System-related professional certifications desired Requisiti fondamentali Five years of hotel IT experience Minimum two years as IT Manager University or
