Experteer Overview As Digital Product Owner, you will lead the development and management of Technogym's digital offerings, ensuring delivery quality, speed, and innovation. You will align product work with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions across My Wellness CRM, Technogym Live, and Technogym App. Your work drives architectural decisions, code quality, and reliable releases that support the company's health and fitness mission. You will stay hands‐on with key technical areas while mentoring the team and optimizing delivery pipelines. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead end-to-end software design, architecture, and development within your area Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on technical excellence and continuous improvement Translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions Guide architectural decisions aligned with standards and long-term strategy Remain hands‐on in software development on complex parts of the system Review code and promote best practices Facilitate technical discussions and problem‐solving within the team Collaborate with UX/UI, Product Management, QA, and other software teams to ensure smooth delivery Own technical debt, reliability, and performance improvements Mentor team members and share knowledge Ensure high-quality releases through testing, monitoring, and release management Responsabilità Backend: Senior Node.js expert with experience building high-concurrency APIs Mobile: Flutter/Dart specialist with native i OS/Android integration Cloud/Dev Ops: AWS ECS (Fargate/Docker) and Application Load Balancers Database: Mongo DB specialist with No SQL design and performance tuning Modular & Shared Architecture: proven ability to build pluggable modules and internal libraries Cross-Project Integration: design API and SDK as Platform Services Dependency Management: manage shared code via NPM (backend) and Pub packages (mobile) DX & SDK/API: focus on developer experience, lightweight SDK, intuitiv
