Experteer Overview As a Payment Data Analyst, you will collect, manage and interpret online payments data to uncover trends and drive improvements. You will translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, IT and business teams, supporting executive decision‐making with clear metrics. You will collaborate across Finance, Fraud Prevention, Customer Care and Legal to ensure efficient, compliant payment operations. This role offers a chance to shape payment strategies in a fast‐paced, global luxury ecommerce environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Collect, manage and analyze online payments data to identify trends and scenarios Create and present data visualizations and reports (Power BI/Looker) for stakeholders Produce regular payment processing KPIs and ad hoc analyses for C-Level decisions Identify improvement opportunities and propose data-driven strategies Collaborate with product, IT and cross‐functional teams to implement data‐driven enhancements Monitor and control online payments volumes,



costs, and platform performance Coordinate with Finance, Fraud Prevention, Customer Care, Legal to maintain operational excellence Responsabilità 2+ years of experience in a similar analytics role within an e‐commerce or related organization Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI/Looker/Micro Strategy) Strong MS Excel and Google Suite skills Experience with SQL, ETL and data modeling Fluent in English and Italian Knowledge of payment processing, acquiring, orchestration platforms and antifraud tools is a plus Self‐driven with delivery focus and ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders Requisiti fondamentali Up to 35 days of holiday Staff discount up to 40% Mobile office option Language & e-learning courses Linked In Learning access Employee Share Purchase Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
