Responsibilities Support our users by ensuring they receive fast, helpful answers—increasingly through automated and AI-driven support systems. Identify frequent issues and opportunities, and share feedback with the product and engineering teams to enable continuous product improvement. Build and improve scalable support systems—including help centers, automated flows, and self-service experiences—that help users solve problems quickly and independently. Represent Bending Spoons by addressing users' product reviews and synthesize the resulting insights into regular reports on user sentiment, helping the wider team stay informed and act on emerging patterns.
