Experteer Overview In this role you will support the B2 C commercial strategy in Italy, driving seller growth and marketplace performance. You will design and launch programs to increase seller engagement and align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams and local partners to deliver initiatives and go‐to‐market activities. You will monitor performance, translate market insights into scalable improvements, and contribute to localized materials and events. Retribuzione / Benefits Support the execution of the B2 C commercial strategy in Italy to grow sellers and improve marketplace performance Design, launch, and improve commercial programs that boost seller engagement and align with business goals Identify commercial opportunities across priority categories, seller segments, and partner channels to drive growth Build and maintain relationships with sellers, service providers, agencies, ecosystem partners,



and internal collaborators Collaborate with Seller Success, Category, Marketing, Operations, Product, Risk, and Trust teams on local initiatives and go‐to‐market activities Monitor program performance, analyze metrics, and translate insights into scalable improvements addressing seller needs Develop localized commercial materials, enablement content, events, webinars, and partner initiatives to strengthen e Bay's presence in the Italian B2 C ecosystem Responsabilità 5-8 years of experience in commercial programs, business development, partnerships, category management, account management, consulting, sales, or related field Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related field Strong interest in ecommerce, marketplaces, and supporting B2 C seller growth Experience leading multiple priorities with cross‐functional collaboration Strong communication,
