Your role:
As Technical Sales Support Professional , you will be part of Technical PreSales Support Team , acting as the reference for the Sales Team regarding Siemens Automation Products under your responsibility (especially PLC and HMI products). Your day‑to‑day activities will include supporting the sales team by keeping them updated on all news of automation products and assisting customers during the configuration of new machines, to find the best possible solution to their requirements.



You’ll also be involved in presentations to colleagues and customers to showcase technical news of Siemens Products and you will work in close collaboration with headquarters to promote the products in the Italian market.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Being the Italian technical reference for the products under your responsibility
- Sharing technical information with colleagues and customers
- Collaborating with Product Manager and Headquarter to push your products into the Italian market in the best way
- Building the best automation solutions for customers

What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Automation Engineering.
- 2-3 years’ experience in industrial automation systems installation and programming.
- Passion and curiosity for the technical details of Automation Products (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Network devices…)
- Strong orientation to reach targets and focus on customers, initiative, autonomy, and propensity to work in a team.
- Desire to share knowledge with others and good communication skills.
- Good knowledge
