We are currently seeking a Business Controller to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for providing accurate information on business and financial performance to support fast decision-making and ensure value creation.
Key Responsabilities
✔ Drive volumes and net sales analysis, full P&L; forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting and target setting
✔ Ensure accurate reporting and planning, including Corporate Monthly Package and local controlling activities
✔ Monitor and manage discounts, rebate accruals and net pricing, also supporting P&L; estimations for new product launches
✔ Manage and control the Order to Cash process, including customer conditions, rebate controlling and related internal controls
✔ Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance within Order to Cash




✔ Provide ad hoc business analysis (item profitability, customer profitability, promo effectiveness)
✔ Oversee and report on marketing expenses
✔ Ensure credit management policies and KPIs are applied and monitored
✔ Support purchase-to-pay activities, including invoice verification and booking
RAL: tra€35.000 - €40.000
Requirements
✔ Degree in Finance/Economics
✔ Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial planning and controlling tools
✔ Fluent English
✔ Strong analytical mindset, communication, problem-solving, and proactive attitude
Nice to have: Experience in international environments and knowledge of finance processes across commercial subsidiaries
