Position
Hardware Engineer – Belluno, Italy (full on-site)
Responsibilities
- Hardware testing and product validation according to internal procedures and international standards on prototypes.
- Evaluation of alternative components.
- Perform failure analysis on units returned from the field and recommend corrective actions.
- Electronic CAD drawing for 2-layer PCB development.

Qualifications
- Diploma and/or degree in electronics.
- 2-3 years of experience in electronics.
- Experience in similar roles (supply chain, laboratory hardware testing, Operations).
- Continuously keeping updated on new technologies and process.
- Italian – native; English – basic proficiency.

Preferred
- Basic CAD skills are an advantage.
