Role purpose:

Responsibility to guide, manage and support product and customer projects through their lifecycle, providing a consistent key point of contact both internally and externally.

To lead and take ownership of Internal or external projects, or lead a workstream on large complex projects, in such a way that each underlying project or workstream is accomplished to the complete satisfaction of the sponsor, on schedule, quality assured and within budget.
- Drives cross functional collaboration and competitive analysis, building strong global stakeholder relationships to maximize market impact, profitability, and customer experience.
- Operates to manage budgets, deliverables, milestones and timescales for the project to ensure all contractual obligations are met & project benefits are measured.
- Ensures that the governance arrangements are robust and that reporting lines and communication links are sound. Accountable for developing and maintaining relationships with the key stakeholders,



third parties and other external bodies to ensure a positive outcome and be overall responsible for the performance of the project team.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing quality and profitability.
- Supporting and ensuring solution execution is aligned with portfolio priorities, customer value propositions, and market requirements, supporting long-term profitability goals.
- Cross-Market Coordination & Customer/Supplier Relationships: Collaborate with regional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and support global product launches.
- Solution Design and Delivery: Act as key contact for new features and bids, providing guidance to Sales, Product Leads, and Bid Teams on solution feasibility, risks, and delivery requirements. Support the creation of Statements of Work and ensure scalable, competitive, and risk controlled bids.
