About the Role Responsible of the warranty business in the aftersales department of the company. Responsibilities Handle daily warranty/claims. Participate in the formulation of warranty/claim standards. Responsible for input of warranty system requirements and ensure that the warranty system is online. Responsible for service station warranty audit. Fill in monthly warranty analysis report. Follow up the refund of claims.
