Your role

We are looking for a professional, degree-educated Executive Assistant with at least five years’ experience supporting at C-suite / senior level within the international financial industry to support the Country Head of Italy.
The role would suit someone who looks to thrive and add value whilst working in a demanding, diverse, fast-paced and high-profile international environment. The ability to multi-task, prioritise, exercise sound judgement and discretion is key to the success of this role.
Core Responsibilities:
- ensuring the smooth, seamless management of the Country Head of Italy’s office, working autonomously and in collaboration with the Head and his Chief of Staff. Gatekeeping both in person and over the phone.
- advanced, proactive diary management, facilitating swift set-up of all client meetings both internal and external, whilst applying good judgment and an understanding of competing priorities.
- meetings, conference calls, web conferences set-up and moderating – internally and externally.




- professional client handling and relationship building with all clients, bankers and committee groups.
- email and man management (where applicable). There will be a need for the successful candidate to manage the inbox daily and alert the Head to that which needs his attention.
- effective travel planning and management; production of accurate itineraries; plans A to Z; able to navigate systems well and apply good judgment on how to optimise the Country Head’s time.
- a small amount of personal admin will also be required.
