As a C&CE; Process & Programs Intern, you will join our Rhythm Management team and support the continuous evolution of our customer engagement and commercial excellence capabilities across EMEA.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in CRM management, digital marketing, data analytics, training delivery,



and business process improvement while collaborating with an international and cross‑functional team. You will contribute to projects that help improve customer experiences, strengthen commercial effectiveness, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑level support for end users of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ).
- Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials (training guides and videos).
- Support with the delivery of communications, presentations, and trainings to a variety of stakeholders.
- Manage training delivery to the Field Teams on the Salesforce applications, and provide coaching to increase user adoption and system effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our omnichannel team on marketing activities and support with ad‑hoc business analysis.
