Responsabilità
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business controlling, FP&A;, or finance business partnering in an industrial or technology multinational
- Master in Finance (or related field); professional qualifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus
- Experience supporting international/cross-border operations with multi-currency environments and transfer pricing
- Proven ability as a trusted sparring partner to senior commercial leaders in fast-moving contexts
- Strong financial modelling skills and ability to translate data into executive-ready insights
- Experience evaluating infrastructure investments and/or M&A; financial screening in an industrial B2B context
- Excellent SAP and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI/analytics platforms is a plus
- Experience in matrix organizations with global reporting structures; knowledge of NEMA/industrial markets is advantageous
