Join our dynamic team as a Junior HR Generalist Intern and gain hands‑on experience in shaping workplace culture, supporting talent development, and driving impactful HR initiatives. This means you will be part of an international organization working with colleagues with different nationalities and experience, and all the excitement coming from a local approach.
As a Junior HR Generalist you will support various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits and payroll.



You help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, answer employee questions, and support HR projects.
Being part of the HR team and reporting to the HR Business Partner you will support the implementation of the HR strategy.
Recruitment and onboarding: HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and support documentation for contracts, benefits, and compliance.
Employee Engagement & Communication: Help organize internal events, draft HR communications, and contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Learning & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Support data collection and reporting on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, talent promotions and training participation.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company
