Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a high-potential Founder’s Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO.
This is a unique role designed for a “Force Multiplier”, someone who can streamline the CEO’s daily operations while taking ownership of strategic projects that drive the company forward.

This is not a traditional administrative internship. You will have a front-row seat to the decision-making process of a fast growing company. You will start by mastering executive organization and, as you prove your reliability, you will transition into managing high-level partnerships, business operations, and special strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities




Executive Foundation & Operational Excellence:
- Strategic Coordination: Optimize the CEO’s workflow, managing a high-stakes calendar and ensuring that time is allocated to the company’s top priorities.
- Communication Bridge: Act as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (partners, investors, clients).
- Executive Briefing: Conduct research and prepare briefing materials, memos, and agendas to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for every interaction.

Strategic Growth & Partnerships
- Relationship Management: Assist in cultivating and nurturing relationships with key strategic partners. Manage follow-ups and ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Special Projects: Take the lead on “home-less” projects, such as market research, competitor analysis, or the implementation of new internal processes.
- Business Operations: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
