We are looking for an Account Payable professional to join the Finance team.
The role will be responsible for managing the purchase-to-pay cycle,



ensuring the accurate recording and posting of supplier invoices.
Control of invoices, bills and other bookkeeping documents before posting ;
Vendor invoicesmanagement (services, stock, asset) and their Posting following Accountancy Law, VAT Law, Incorporate Tax Law, Personnel Tax Law and other regulations regarding above Laws together with the compliance of the internal Ptp procedure;
Managing Electronic Invoice Dashboard (invoices coming from Italian suppliers);
Supporting, if necessary, FI Payment (proposal + execution) for all procurement invoices;
Support to the F&A; team for activities of Vendor Reporting, INTRA declaration.
High school diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance;
At least 5 years of experience within international group environments;
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Ability to operate in a fa
