Bears over-arching responsibility for compliance with schedule, quality, cost and budget objectives, and for customer satisfaction.
Responsible for management of the entire project team.
Accountable for the preparation and updating of the overall time schedule.
Responsible for compliance with scheduled deadlines,
cost and performance targets (implementation of the contract provisions and technical specifications) of the project (responsibility for results, project controlling KPIs) in accordance with the customer contract and SMS requirements; responsible for reporting on internal and external environments in relation to non-conformity, and prompt notification in order to avoid escalation.
Prepare MIKA (with cost to end view) in terms of cost planning/cost control, forecasting and risk assessment together with Contract Manager in the defined controlling cycle.
Coordination and safeguarding of the provision of resources in the line departments in consultation with the line managers and/or the Project Owner.
Shaping of customer relations, coordination, reporting, progress reports and communication with the customer in relation to the customer contract.
