ABOUT THE ROLE - PROJECT CONTROL / PROJECT SERVICE MANAGER
Report to Project General Manager, the Project Service Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all project support services — including cost control, planning & scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administrative services — to ensure smooth project execution. This role acts as the bridge between the technical project team and the corporate support functions, ensuring contractual and operational requirements are met in a timely, cost - effective, and compliant manner.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Project Support & Coordination:

• Manage all project service functions (cost control, planning, document control, logistics, and procurement support) for offshore and onshore scopes.




• Coordinate project service teams during EPC/EPCIC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning).
• Develop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with company and client requirements.
- Cost & Budget Management:

• Oversee project cost control and forecasting activities.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost variances.
• Ensure timely preparation of cost reports and financial updates to the Project Manager.
- Planning & Scheduling:

• Supervise the preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning).
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.
• Monitor progress and highlight deviations or risks to timely completion.

• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipme
