Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate laboratory team activities, ensuring efficient workflow, clear task delegation, conducting training sessions, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Plan and supervise electrical tests that support the development of new products and improvements in material properties, with a strong focus on industrial application.
Analyze test results and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Work with universities and internal or external stakeholders to keep laboratory activities aligned with state‐of‐the‐art practices and business needs.
Ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and QHSE regulations.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients and third parties, supporting high‐quality service and strong communication.
Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect people, equipment, and laboratory operations.
Key Challenges Ensure high scientific/technical level on the activity of the labs and high efficiency of assets.
Increase lab's output to face the enormous increase of requested activities.




Maintain high-quality standards even under intense pressure and extremely tight deadlines.
Act as a role model for R&D; activities by driving the test activities towards industrial application.
Success Metrics Time to market: impact on DTC and new products development.
Efficiency: occupation of assets and correct choice of tests to be run.
Customer satisfaction, internal and external.
Spread technical competence and experience on recently hired colleagues.
