Experteer Overview In this role you advise clients on complex energy market challenges using data-driven strategies, focusing on renewables and BESS. You will lead cross-functional engagements, develop business models and market-entry plans, and drive technical-economic analyses and regulatory navigation. You'll work with Italian and international stakeholders to deliver measurable performance improvements, and you may engage in e-mobility projects as a value-added area. This position blends strategy, design, and technology to accelerate energy transition for clients. and timelines Design actionable plans for sustainable energy infra and digital transformation of energy assets Drive implementation and change management of energy solutions Manage client relationships at C-level and present insights in Italian and English Mentor junior consultants and collaborate across Capgemini Group Responsabilità Experience with energy market analysis and regulatory frameworks (Italian and European) Financial modeling for energy projects Exposure to digital solutions for energy management (smart grids, Io T, AI) is advantageous Fluent in Italian and English; additional language a plus Proactive, team-oriented mindset with passion for energy transition 6+ years in Energy & Utilities with focus on Energy Transition, Renewables, or BESS Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Management or related STEM field Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, sector-specific) advantageous Requisiti fondamentali remote work flexible hours career development inclusive workplace diversity as a value hybrid work option #J-18808-Ljbffr
