Reporting to the Italy Vice President, you will lead a high-performing sales organization, drive transformation, and deliver sustainable, above-market growth while fostering a culture grounded in innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse sales team to achieve and exceed annual bookings and growth targets while building future-ready capabilities.
Enhance and transform sales processes, including the use of customer relationship management tools, digital solutions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with the Measurement Solutions value creation approach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and represent Emerson in strategic commercial discussions.
Collaborate across functions and business units to maximize growth opportunities, including strategic accounts and project pursuits.
Contribute as an active member of the Italy leadership team, helping shape business strategy, talent development, and regional collaboration.
Ensure full compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and trade standards across all activities.
You paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action and inspires commitment. You consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances, by maintaining focus and accountability. Bachelor’s Degree qualification in engineering, business management, or a related subject area.
Demonstrated experience (minimum 10 years) leading sales teams, with a strong focus on developing people, fostering engagement, and delivering consistent performance.
Proven ability to drive structured sales management practices, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Capability to lead transformation efforts,
