We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition partner to support all hiring across Italy, with a primary focus on Job Site Solution (JSS) and Field Marketing roles. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent that supports our commercial and marketing operations, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles with a primary focus on Job Site Solution (JSS) and Field Marketing roles across Italy, from requisition approval through to offer stage.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, providing ongoing recruitment advice and market insights.
