As a member of the laboratory team in Rome, they will report directly to the local manager.
Main tasks
In compliance with the safety and general standards of quality of the laboratory, he/she will ensure the performance of tests and the verification of tests.
He/She will be responsible to check the conformity of the samples received and report any anomalies (non-compliance) to the Laboratory Manager.
Identify and record the samples. Assign parameters/tests to be performed according to the information received from the Laboratory Manager.
Analyze, handle and store samples in accordance with procedures agreed which vary depending on the type of sample and customer.
Follows calibration / verification / maintenance of the equipment giving evidence through the laboratory software and updates for each instrument.
Manages the reagent warehouse as required in quality procedures.
He/She will be responsible for implementing the requirements of the Quality Plan and the Integrated Management System as well as developing test procedures until validation of the method.
