Experteer Overview As a Certification Engineer, you will design and drive the certification program plan for helicopter products and modifications, aligning with airworthiness requirements and certification strategies. You collaborate with Airworthiness Engineering, authorities, and technical teams to ensure timely documentation and compliance. You identify risks, monitor progress, and support validation of certification content. You act as a bridge with aviation authorities, promoting robust certification procedures and cross‐functional knowledge sharing. This role offers impact on program targets and regulatory compliance within a technical, collaborative environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop the certification and qualification plan for helicopters and modifications
Coordinate with Airworthiness Engineering and authorities (EASA/DAAA) on certification aspects
Create and monitor documentation schedules with CPE office and technical departments




Identify risks and issues threatening program targets and elevate accordingly
Review technical documentation for compliance with certification plans, airworthiness and performance requirements
Promote and contribute to certification strategy, procedures, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with CVEs to ensure timely involvement and technical validation of documents
Update compliance checklists and track documentation production progress
Responsabilità Technical Degree
Experience with aircraft certification and qualification processes
Knowledge/experience with aviation authorities
Ability to conduct and organize internal and authorities meetings
Strong communication skills
Planning and sense of urgency
Negotiation and conflict reconciliation
English mandatory
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for short periods
