Project Architect
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to oversee the full lifecycle of architectural and construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong design, technical, and project management skills, while effectively coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams through all phases of design and construction.
- Attend and facilitate client meetings, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Prepare, coordinate, and review architectural and construction documentation.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and project coordination.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software, particularly Revit.
- Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience participating in design coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Good understanding of current Italian planning regulations, building codes, and approval procedures.
- Ambitious, proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
