Experteer Overview In this role you will drive field issue resolution by coordinating with factory, manufacturing engineering, build quality, design engineering and customer support. You collect information from technical cases and warranty claims, and collaborate with suppliers on Product Problem Resolution. You monitor warranty claims and lead actions to resolve issues quickly, ensuring timely feedback from factory to Customer Support. You engage with multiple stakeholders to improve product quality and field support, helping AGCO advance farming solutions. Retribuzione / Benefits Support Product Problem Resolution (PPR): gather data from the field, perform investigations, and facilitate root-cause identification with Factory and Engineering teams Monitor warranty claims, analyze issues,



and drive factory actions for fast resolution Facilitate Field-to-Factory communication and ensure feedback reaches Product Customer Support Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Build Quality, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, and Customer Support Coordinate with Suppliers when PPR requires supplier input or involvement Responsabilità 1-2 years experience in quality environment (nice to have) Experience with mobile equipment (agricultural, construction, forestry equipment, or similar) Knowledge of Industrial Process and technology Experience with problem solving methods English/Italian language proficiency Requisiti fondamentali Attractive remuneration with premio scheme Flexible working hours Private health insurance with partial coverage Canteen with meal allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr
