Job Title: Engineering Manager




The Engineering Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all hotel maintenance activities, ensuring the optimal functioning of systems, equipment, and infrastructure, in full compliance with Park Hyatt standards, safety regulations, and the expectations of an international luxury clientele.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise routine, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance activities across the hotel
Ensure the operational efficiency of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and building management systems
Respond promptly to critical failures to minimize impact on guest experience and hotel operations
Manage maintenance issues to guarantee continuous hotel efficiency, in coordination with the Engineering Supervisor
Conduct periodic visual inspections (daily or weekly) to verify compliance with standards, schedules, and hotel activities
Supervise the work carried out by external contractors on-site
