You will work in small teams taking an active part in every dimension of client engagements.
Throughout each project,



you will develop core management consulting skills with the capabilities required to apply innovative, advanced corporate finance and value creation techniques, contributing to the development of leading-edge knowledge in areas at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance and implementation. Your work will include sourcing and assessing information, building and pressure‑testing hypotheses, shaping and communicating recommendations and bringing real impact hands on.
By joining Impacta Strategy, you will become part of a firm defined by a distinctive and innovative culture. You will receive continuous training, complemented by frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your project teams. This support will include an assigned Counselor from your local office or practice to help guide your professional trajectory.
