About Us
INTEGRA AES is a leading company operating nationally and internationally in the engineering and architecture sectors. We are looking for a Procurement Office Manager who wants to contribute to our growth by managing the entire tender process with precision and leadership.
Your Mission
As a Manager, you will be the point of contact for acquiring new opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
Strategic Management: Coordination and supervision of the entire tender preparation process (administrative, technical, and financial).
Market Analysis: Constant monitoring of tender notices and scouting for new business opportunities.
Leadership: Management and training of the tender office team, ensuring deadlines are met and output quality is maintained.
Networking:



Management of relationships with partners and external consultants for the creation of temporary JVs and consortia.
Compliance: Verification of documentation compliance with the Italian Procurement Code and applicable regulations.
What we're looking for
Experience: At least 5-7 years in similar roles, preferably in engineering firms or general contractors.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the Italian Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and e‐procurement platforms.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, results‐oriented approach, negotiation skills, and problem‐solving aptitude.
Languages: Excellent English.
