Experteer Overview In this role you drive the people agenda to support exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You partner with senior leadership to shape talent and culture across a world-class luxury hotel. You lead talent acquisition, development, and organisational design to deliver high-performing teams. You help transform culture while ensuring governance, compliance, and workforce efficiency. This is a strategic, hands‐on opportunity to influence guest experience through people at Mandarin Oriental, Rome.

Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning
Drive learning & development programs to support leadership and service excellence
Oversee performance, succession planning, and fair processes
Ensure compliance with MOHG policies, local laws, and employee relations best practices
Oversee reward and recognition frameworks aligned to MO standards




Partner with senior leadership on organisational design, change management, and engagement
Safeguard health, safety, and wellbeing compliant with MOHG and regulations
Leverage HR systems and analytics to inform decisions and track metrics
Responsabilità Senior People & Culture leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service
Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organisational development expertise
Experience managing multi-cultural teams and diverse labour markets
Proven employee engagement, retention, and culture transformation track record
Solid understanding of hospitality operations and People & Culture impact on guest experience
Governance, compliance, and employment law knowledge across relevant jurisdictions
Change management experience including restructures and organizational effectiveness projects
Proven ability to design and deliver learning & development for luxury service standards
