Experteer Overview As AI Lead (Saa S), you will propel AI product innovation across team.blue's Saa S brands by shaping AI roadmaps and aligning them with the group's AI & Data strategy. You'll partner with brands to identify value‐adding AI initiatives, design scalable AI architectures, and coordinate cross‐brand collaboration to accelerate AI adoption. Your role unites brand teams with the central AI function, driving value creation and strategic alignment at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Partner with brands to identify and develop AI products and initiatives Design AI solution architectures aligned with business needs Shape and execute brand AI roadmaps to support growth Advise brand product teams on AI/ML advances Coordinate access to group AI & Data resources for fast development Vet feasibility of AI/ML‐powered products during due diligence Champion AI upskilling to increase brand self‐sufficiency Liaise between brands and the group AI & Data function Align brand AI initiatives with group strategy while respecting autonomy Maintain communication flows and governance with executive stakeholders Provide visibility into brand AI activities, timelines and risks Ensure transparency of AI resources and initiatives across brands Responsabilità 5+ years shipping AI products to real end users Strong technical background in AI & Data Experience shaping and managing AI/Data roadmaps Exceptional stakeholder management in a matrixed environment Skilled communicator balancing strategic alignment with local autonomy Able to operate at strategic and technical levels across teams Structured, analytical mindset for synthesizing inputs into direction Experience in post‐merger integration or multi‐brand environments is a plus Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
