Manipulate and analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Glovo.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners’ needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.
2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
~ Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing,



or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
~ Motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
~ Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
~ Highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution to drive results.
~ Salesforce is a plus.
~ Native level of Italian and proficiency in English.
