Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive growth for Acuvue within Emilia Romagna and Veneto, partnering with eye care professionals to expand adoption and optimize patient outcomes. You will plan territory activities, manage accounts, and execute marketing initiatives to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. You work cross-functionally to launch new products and respond to market changes, shaping the distribution and value proposition for vision care. This position offers hands-on opportunities to influence clinical adoption, while aligning with J&J;’s mission to advance health through innovative MedTech.Benefits
- Achieve annual business plan and KPIs for the territory
- Meet sales, distribution and product mix targets;
drive proactive prescribing and demonstrate clinical superiority of ACUVUE
- Plan and execute territory activities using CRM and reports;
manage partner accountsand ensure business plan execution
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues to grow business
- Complete customer calls, pre-call planning, and journey planning;




schedule future appointments
- Maintain up-to-date product and clinical knowledge;
monitor industry and competitors;
provide market feedback
- Develop and implement customer offerings;
leverage customer business plans to grow accounts
- Sell Acuvue to key decision makers and coach customers;
monitor budget direction and ROI
- Attend sales meetings and share information via CRM
- Input and utilize CRM data;

Responsibilities
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Marketing and Communications, or Optics and Optometry)
- Account management and negotiation experience
- Strong listening, questioning, communication and probing skills
- Ability to coach and lead;
presentation skills to explain complex concepts
- Analytical, numerical, strategic thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
