Business & Organizational Development Manager

If you would like to become part of our team, we are currently looking for a Business & Organizational Development Manager .
Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
Coordinate activities related to business transformation, organizational development, and process improvement.




Analyze, review, and optimize operational processes, approval workflows, and organizational models.
Support the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, company procedures, policies, and operational tools.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and follow‑up activities.
Prepare executive presentations, management reports, business reviews, and supporting materials for senior leadership.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze organizational and operational data to support decision‑making processes.
Facilitate alignment and coordination among corporate functions, operational departments, and key stakeholders.
Support the implementation of digital tools, reporting systems, and process automation initiatives.
Participate in project meetings, coordination committees, and meetings with external stakeholders or business partners when required.
