Ready to join the green energy revolution? FP&A; Analyst – Milan, Italy Responsibilities Analyse and forecast financial information to support senior management in decision‐making across the Italian portfolio. Prepare monthly and year‐end reporting on consolidated managerial results, including operating assets, projects under development and service companies. Review financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning; analyse data for trends, risks and opportunities. Develop budgets and forecasts, support cash‐flow estimation for shareholder distributions. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and non‐financial stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends. Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results versus budgeted and forecasted figures, identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Create ad‐hoc reports as required and partner cross‐functionally to ensure accurate, up‐to‐date financial data. Qualifications Background in financial planning & analysis or controlling within a corporate environment.



Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting processes. Hands‐on experience preparing managerial reports and presenting financial insights to senior management. Proficiency in English, spoken and written (additional languages a plus). Tech fluency, including familiarity or interest in developing AI tools to streamline data preparation and reporting.
