We are currently seeking a Graduate Rotational Program – Pre‐Sales, Product Management & Project Delivery to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy .We are looking for a high‐potential graduate to join an 18‐month rotational development program designed to provide end‐to‐end exposure to our business and core operational processes. The role sits within the Vertiv Power Business Unit , responsible for delivering end‐to‐end critical power solutions covering the entire power train—from the utility grid to the final load.
Critical electrical infrastructure
Owning the full power train enables Vertiv to guarantee high availability, operational continuity,
and resilience for mission‐critical applications.
Support technical and commercial pre‐sales activities
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams
Project Delivery (approximately 6 months)
Support planning and execution of customer or internal projects
Assist in coordinating scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Monitor project progress and support reporting activities
Support data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, STEM, or related fields
Strong interest in technical‐commercial roles and business processes
Analytical mindset with strong problem‐solving skills
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of additional languages (such as Spanish, German, or French) is considered a plus
Flexibility and willingness to travel and gain international experience
Exposure to real projects a
