Celtic Asset Management is a real estate asset management firm and operating partner for US-based PE funds and Large Investment Firms, investing in core plus and value-add real estate in Italy.
We are looking for an analyst to join the Acquisitions team in Milan. The candidate will be part of the Acquisition Team and will directly support the identification, underwriting, and execution of investment opportunities, working closely with our partner funds.

What you will do
· Sourcing of acquisition targets aligned with partner fund mandates (risk profile, target returns, sector, geography)
· Financial modelling and asset valuation for real estate transactions (DCF, market comps)
· Drafting of investment memoranda and feasibility studies for new opportunities
· Market intelligence and market updates
· Support to deal execution: coordination with legal,



technical, and financial advisors across due diligence, structuring, and closing of the transactions

What we are looking for
· MSc in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Management
· Strong financial modelling skills (Excel); proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
· Analytical rigour with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, decisive recommendations
· Ability to read and interpret lease, loan, and partnership agreements
· Fluent in Italian and English
· Self-starter; comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment

The role involves real deal exposure to the market and investors from day one.
