Role Purpose
In the role of Sales Assistant at San Siro store, you are expected to give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience to both AC Milan and FC Internazionale fans, to maintain high standards and housekeeping in the store and to represent both the company (Fanatics International) and the partner brands in the best way possible.
This role expect an “on call” position which includes days, nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Actively involved in receiving new shipments
- Till use and cash handling
- Shirt printing




- Day to day tasks and housekeeping

Knowledge / Requirements
- Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Passion for football and sport is a must
- Outgoing and friendly attitude
- Flexibility on working hours is essential as week end, national holidays and nights
- Good English level
- Being car owner
