Location and Working Environment Type of role: full-time permanent. Field based in Italy, covering Lombardia, with 50% travel expected in line with role; Some limited, occasional travel in Italy (including overnight stays). Medical Manager, and Market Access - to ensure all actions align with the company's commercial strategy. Conduct proper analysis and management of the assigned territory based on indications of the direct manager. Verify the monthly performance of sales in responsibility, investigate deviations from forecasted data, identify underlying causes, and propose solutions to the direct manager. identify guests for national and international conferences, suggest specific local initiatives, and agree with target figures to invite to training courses.
