The Role We are seeking a People Lead to be the dedicated expert for our Italian team, acting as a key partner to the General Manager for Italy. This is a broad, high-impact generalist role for an operational specialist who can navigate the complexities of the Italian market while scaling with a high-growth international tech company. Based in Milan, you will be the go-to for everything on the ground,
while collaborating with our Global People team in London to align local initiatives with our international standards. What You Will Do Partner with the Italy GM, translating global strategy into local action and navigating organisational design. Oversee the end-to-end employee journey in Italy, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and cyclical processes like salary reviews and promotions. Serve as the subject matter expert on Italian Labour Law, ensuring all documentation, employee relations, and local policies are compliant. Drive operational excellence by identifying automation opportunities and managing organisational change as the Italian site grows. Collaborate with the Workplace Experience team to support office operations and execute engaging company events in Milan. Provide interim operational oversight for our People function in France, supporting the region as it scales. What You Will Bring Deep knowledge of
